Who we are

Gemma (the Telegram bot @GemmaApeBot, the website gemmagems.com and app.gemmagems.com) is operated by Saad Kaicar, Tortona, Italy ("we"). Contact: hello@gemmagems.com.

What we collect

Telegram data: your Telegram user ID, username or first name, and app language, when you message the bot.
How you found us: the start link you used (for example from this website).
Orders and payments: the plan you chose, the SOL amount, the on-chain transaction signature and the order code. Payments happen on the public Solana blockchain; we never receive card data.
Wallet Radar: the public Solana wallet addresses you choose to follow and the names you give them, plus public on-chain trades of those wallets.
Website: this website doesn't use cookies or tracking. Your language choice is stored only in your browser. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical logs such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

We never ask for, and never store, your seed phrase or private keys.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for: alerts, Radar, access to the Premium channel, whale packs (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To verify payments and keep records required by law (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
To keep the service secure and improve it, e.g. counting where users come from (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We use providers needed to run the service: Telegram (messaging), Cloudflare (website and network), our server host (Vultr), Solana RPC providers to read public blockchain data. Some of them may process data outside the EU under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and Radar data for as long as you use the service and up to 12 months after your last interaction. Payment records for the period required by tax law (up to 10 years in Italy).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@gemmagems.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Note that blockchain transactions are public and can't be deleted by anyone.

Gemma is for adults only (18+).

Quali dati raccogliamo

Dati Telegram: ID utente, username o nome, lingua dell'app, quando scrivi al bot.
Provenienza: il link di avvio usato (per esempio da questo sito).
Ordini e pagamenti: piano scelto, importo in SOL, firma della transazione on-chain e codice ordine. I pagamenti avvengono sulla blockchain pubblica di Solana; non riceviamo mai dati di carte.
Radar Wallet: gli indirizzi pubblici dei wallet che scegli di seguire, i nomi che gli dai e i loro trade pubblici on-chain.
Sito: nessun cookie né tracciamento. La scelta della lingua resta solo nel tuo browser. Il provider (Cloudflare) tratta log tecnici come gli indirizzi IP per erogare e proteggere il sito.

Non chiediamo e non conserviamo mai la tua seed phrase o le chiavi private.

Perché li usiamo

Per fornirti il servizio richiesto: alert, Radar, accesso al canale Premium, pacchetti balene (contratto, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Per verificare i pagamenti e conservare le registrazioni richieste dalla legge (obbligo legale, art. 6.1.c).
Per la sicurezza e il miglioramento del servizio, per esempio contare da dove arrivano gli utenti (legittimo interesse, art. 6.1.f).

Condivisione

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati. Usiamo i fornitori necessari al servizio: Telegram, Cloudflare, il provider del server (Vultr), provider RPC di Solana per leggere dati pubblici della blockchain. Alcuni possono trattare dati fuori dall'UE con le proprie garanzie.

Conservazione

Dati di account e Radar finché usi il servizio e fino a 12 mesi dall'ultima interazione. Registrazioni dei pagamenti per il periodo previsto dalle norme fiscali (fino a 10 anni).

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, portabilità o opporti al trattamento scrivendo a hello@gemmagems.com. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Le transazioni blockchain sono pubbliche e nessuno può cancellarle.

Età

Gemma è riservata ai maggiorenni (18+).
